I wouldn't have thought you would have to take a bumper off to change a consumable item like a headlight bulb. If you can get at the back of the headlight unit and there should be a rubber cap type thing which hides the connections and bulb holder most cars you unclip the bulb holder and pop the bulb out. Try ringing the peugot dealer nearest you and ask a friendly mechanic. Just say you don't want to bring it in for such a silly fault. Failing that ring your breakdown people or buy a Haynes manual. u dont have to take the bumper out look behind headlight housing under hood
normally the bulbs are spring clipped in behind the casing in the engine compartment failing that you might need to go in either from the wheel arch or even from underneath the car but im sure its hiding in the engine bay gl
