It sounds to me that you have a recessed light fixture.You should be able pull the finished frame down to access the light bulb.Help!! How Do I Change Bulb on Ceiling Mount Light Fixture?
Try twisting the cover.
1 of the sides is magnetic u pull it off then the panel slides out n theres the light bulb
